Corporate History

  • 1968Established the company in Komaki, Aichi. (Capital of 100 million JPY.)
    Initiated a technical tie-up with Schoeller Glove Corp. of the USA. (now Lear Corp.)
    Started making deliveries to Toyota Motor Corp.
  • 1975Received the Deming Prize for Small Companies.
  • 1985Licensing Powder Slush technology to ECIA in France (now Faurecia SA).
  • 1989Capital increased to 300 million yen.
    Started operations at the first plant in Mitake.
  • 1991Started operations at the second plant in Mitake.
